User Eligibility
Our services are available to users of all ages. For users under 13 years of age:
- Parental consent is required for account creation
- We do not collect personal information without parental consent
- Parents can review and delete their child's information
By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or that you have parental consent to do so.
User Restrictions
When using our services, you agree NOT to:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our applications
- Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
- Resell or redistribute our content for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on Bible Color Paint By Number, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of echogov.com or our licensors. This content is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Your Content
When you create colored images using our app, you retain ownership of your completed artwork. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your shared content on our platforms.
Permitted Use
You may:
- Use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Save and print your completed artwork
- Share your artwork on social media with attribution
- Use the app on multiple personal devices
Premium Services and Payments
Free Features
Our app includes free features with access to over 100 coloring images at no cost.
In-App Purchases
Additional image packs and features may be available for purchase. All purchases are:
- Processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subject to the respective store's terms and conditions
- Non-refundable except as required by law
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to premium features:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your device settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The services are free of viruses or harmful components
- The results of using our services will meet your expectations
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECHOGOV.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
